The objective of the Harry Messick Charitable Trust and the Helena Blanch Messick Charitable Trust is to assist a variety of lawful charitable organizations operationg for the benefit of the residents of Andrew county or any county adjacent thereto, any public works project established in Andrew county or any county adjacent thereto, or any charitable organization which is an institution of higher education, either public or private, and wherever located.
